FAQ
Are lessons generated entirely by AI?
No. Lessons are prepared with AI-assisted tools (NotebookLM and Claude), but every module is reviewed by KolayCharge engineers before publication. Source excerpts are never redistributed directly.
How are sources verified?
Each source is manually assessed for publisher credibility and relevance. OEM datasheets, official standard documents, and public authority pages are preferred.
Can I access the NotebookLM notebooks?
Notebook links will be shared on individual lesson pages when available. Direct source access is coming in a future release.
Are standards documents redistributed?
No. Standards text or proprietary OEM documents are not redistributed. Lessons contain summaries and explanations derived from them; source links are provided for reference.
How often are lessons updated?
Lessons are updated when standards like OCPP, ISO, or AFIR publish updates, or when monitored sources show significant changes. Each lesson card shows the last reviewed date.
Do lessons support Turkish?
Yes. All lesson titles and page UI are available in Turkish and English. German, French and Spanish content will be expanded in a future release.
Can partners contribute sources?
Yes. Partner source contribution is planned. Visit the contact page for source submission and partnership enquiries.
