KolayCharge provides EV compatibility data, API access, and charging network services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. API Usage

API access is subject to rate limits specified in your plan. Automated scraping, reselling without permission, or misuse of the API is prohibited.

4. Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, compatibility data is provided as-is. Always verify critical decisions with official manufacturer specifications.

5. Limitation of Liability

KolayCharge shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved in Istanbul courts.
